Dr. Vesk

Dr Vesk tasting notes, hot and uncarbonated.

Like a cross between bbq sauce and Americanized Chinese food. Not terrible but not good on its own. A little too sweet and lacking in spices to be good soup. Would pair well with some fatty meat and plain rice. I fear chilling and carbonating will not improve the taste.

The smell is strong, my wife is upset. I explained Dr vesk and she was horrified. I then explained what I would do with our brand new soda stream and her fear became concern

She has told me I do not need to do this; I have told her that I must. Based off the smell, she agrees with the tasting notes. She has declined to taste it.
